光永光電在2009年6月設立，原屬韓國光學膜片大廠MNtech子公司，供貨三星體系和啟鈞國際。
啟鈞國際於2014年7月全資收購光永光電。
公司現今有100多位員工，並通過了ISO9001 及 ISO14001認證，工廠主要從事光學材料加工，超高亮模組設計和組裝，商用機設計和安裝。公司廠房和辦公面積7500平方，擁有萬級無塵室1000平方，千級無塵室300平方，恆溫恆濕倉庫1000平方，相關配套設備完善。

啟均國際是韓國喜星（韓國LG姊妹公司）鋁塑膜中國區總代理，具有良好的渠道優勢和地域優勢。韓國喜星鋁塑膜產品質量穩定，性價比優勢明顯。韓國喜星鋁塑膜在韓國的鋰電池公司中已經廣泛認可，如韓國LG等知名鋰電池製造商已經開始小批量試製。目前啟均國際在中國內地積極推廣鋰電池鋁塑膜產品，在鋁塑膜業內也誠招一級、二級代理商。
